Active Coaching

C.A.R.E. For the Caregiver

Do you have a specific health goal that you would like support in achieving?  Do you want to eat healthier, discover ways to be more active, or give up on a habit that doesn't do your body good?   My education and training completes my nurse coaching arsenal – allowing me  to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.  My role is to support you with what is important to you; nothing more. 

HeartMath

Learning to shift out of stressful emotional reactions to heartfelt emotions can have profound positive effects on our cardiovascular systems and overall wellbeing.  HeartMath is a technique that uses breath work that focuses on the heart center and positive thoughts and feelings.  Tapping into positive emotions creates physiological benefits in your body.  This can result in better inner balance, the ability to navigate challenging situations with composure and enhances interpersonal relationships.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a true act of self-care. It is a practice that brings you back to balance and creates the space for your body to relax and rejuvenate.  This mind-body approach provides time and space to connect with your inner peace and calm.  It can regulate your nervous system, mitigate stress in your life, and build spiritual muscles.  (YogaRenew) 

Who can participate?

I can work with clients who live in the purple states. They are included in my compact nursing license as of 2024.
