I listened to a mental health presentation at work where Shelley demonstrated a few breathing techniques. The next day I had my first chemo treatment, and I used these techniques throughout the day. Amazing! It was so helpful to use these techniques to remain calm on this day. Thanks Shelley.
I met Shelley at a seminar at the local mall about the benefits of tea where she spoke. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her passion for helping people with their health. I called her a few days later and she explained her program and I signed up on the spot. She helped me identify the areas I wanted to most concentrate on as eating healthier and self-care. She gave me tons of valuable nutritional information that I've incorportated into my diet. She worked with me on stress relief and breathing techniques to calm and reset myself. My family had a crisis, and she listened to me cry and gave me support and ideas on how to best help my family while encouraging me to continue to take care of myself. I've gone through 3 surgeries in a short time span, and she walked me through these and my recovery. Shelley supports and guides without being pushy while also holding me accountable. She encourages gratitude and positive thinking. Looking back over the past months she definitely has played a huge part in my getting through some very tough times. I highly recommend using Shelley as a coach to help yourself live your best life.
